Welcome to God’s Lineman.
God’s Lineman is more than a name. It is a calling. While we take pride in the work we do as linemen, we believe our greatest purpose is not found in the lines we build, the storms we endure, or the miles we travel. Our greatest purpose is to become the men God has called us to be.
This ministry exists to encourage linemen to pursue a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ, grow in faith, strengthen their families, and live according to God’s Word. We believe every truck, every job site, every storm restoration effort, and every conversation is an opportunity to reflect the character of Christ.
God’s Lineman is built on the idea that we are called to be more than linemen. We are called to be disciples. We are called to lead with integrity, serve with humility, stand firm in truth, and turn our work environment into a mission field. Through prayer, Bible study, discipleship, and genuine brotherhood, our goal is to build men who honor God both on and off the right-of-way.
We seek to reach linemen through the daily devotional messages we send each morning, through faithful prayer for every member individually and collectively, and through the formation of small discipleship groups within crews and companies. We believe that true change takes place when men commit themselves to studying God’s Word together, encouraging one another, holding one another accountable, and growing together in Christ.
Our vision is to see crews transformed into brotherhoods of faith, job sites transformed into mission fields, and companies transformed by a culture rooted in integrity, humility, service, honesty, accountability, and love for one another. We believe that when companies embrace the principles of God’s Lineman, they become stronger, healthier, and more united organizations because strong companies are built by strong men of character.
The power lines we work on carry electricity, but the lives we live should carry the light of Jesus Christ to everyone around us.
Our mission is simple: to equip linemen to become the linemen God wants them to be and to reach the trade, one man at a time.
As iron sharpens iron, we pray that God will use this ministry to strengthen men, restore families, transform workplaces, and, above all else, bring glory to Jesus Christ.
